通过对晶科N型及P型双面组件的户外工作温度及发电性能进行监测,分析得出两种不同类型的组件在相同工作条件下(地点、时间、数量、朝向、支架类型、逆变器参数等)的发电功率,计算其使用一年的衰减率,向业主、EPC客户筛选光伏组件产品时提供数据参考。根据不同组件产品采用的不同技术,经过在户外实际发电运行一年后。通过对比测试,未发电前,在STC工况下检测其初始功率值,以及发电运行后,同样在STC工况下再次检测其功率值。通过前后两次的功率测试数据,来判断组件产品的实际首年衰减值。1.数据来源:第三方实验室实际检测;2.数据整理:户外实证前,实验室检测的IV及EL数据;实际运行1年后,实验室再次检测的IV及EL数据;3.模型选择:首年功率衰减=(初始测试功率 -一年后测试功率)/初始测试功率*100%,通过控制组件的朝向、支架类型等因素保持一致,对晶科两种类型的光伏组件在户外运行一年后的发电功率进行衰减分析;4.数据应用:结合电站运行维护记录,对采集数据进行筛选处理;5.数据成果:根据算法规则得出N型与P型双面组件的功率衰减数据,可向业主、EPC客户提供光伏组件产品数据参考。

This dataset is developed by monitoring the outdoor operating temperature and power generation performance of JinkoSolar N-type and P-type bifacial photovoltaic modules, analyzing the power output of the two module types under identical operating conditions (including location, time, quantity, azimuth, mounting type, inverter parameters and other relevant factors), and calculating their power attenuation rate after one year of use, to provide data references for project owners and EPC clients when selecting photovoltaic module products. Based on the different technologies adopted by various module products, comparative tests were carried out: the initial power output was tested under Standard Test Conditions (STC) prior to power generation, and the power output was re-tested under the same STC conditions after one year of actual outdoor power generation operation. The actual first-year attenuation value of the module products is determined using the two sets of power test data collected before and after the outdoor operation. Specific details of the dataset are as follows: 1. Data Source: Actual testing conducted by a third-party laboratory; 2. Data Organization: I-V (current-voltage) and electroluminescence (EL) data tested by the laboratory prior to outdoor field validation, and I-V and EL data re-tested by the laboratory after one year of actual operation; 3. Model Formulation: The first-year power attenuation is calculated as (initial test power output - test power output after one year) / initial test power output * 100%. By controlling consistent variables including module azimuth, mounting type and other relevant factors, attenuation analysis of the power output of the two types of JinkoSolar photovoltaic modules after one year of outdoor operation is conducted; 4. Data Application: Combine with power station operation and maintenance records to screen and process the collected data; 5. Data Outcomes: The power attenuation data of N-type and P-type bifacial photovoltaic modules are obtained based on the established algorithm rules, which can provide data references for project owners and EPC clients when selecting photovoltaic module products.
