Data-OH-GDGTs in Tianchi Lake, flood profiles and archaeological data from the Weihe River Basin

This study, based on the positive correlation between %OH-GDGTs and instrumental humidity records, reconstructs the hydroclimatic evolution of the Weihe River Basin since the mid-Holocene, revealing a shift from warm-humid to cold-dry conditions and exploring the adaptive strategies of prehistoric human societies in response to environmental changes.
