[Objective] To investigate the influence of intermittent fasting on gut microbiota composition of normal chow-fed and high fat diet-fed mice. [Methods] The feces of mice were collected in several time points during the experiment and the composition of gut microbiota were investigated using high-throughput sequencing target V3-V4 regions in 16S rRNA gene.
