Public release of observational time-series data for an aid to navigation at a port in northern China

This dataset contains observational time-series measurements associated with an aid to navigation at a port in northern China, including geographic fields, wind, wave, current, water depth, tide level, heading, and quality-control information. The public-release package preserves the original tabular structure and row order to support interpretation and reuse of the study results. In this public version, the longitude and latitude fields do not represent the true observation location. This does not affect the scientific conclusions of the associated manuscript.
