Additional file 4: Table S3. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between patients with sepsis and healthy controls. This table presents the results of differential expression between patients with sepsis and healthy controls. In total, 677 DEGs with padj < 0.05 were identified. The following information is reported for each gene: Ensembl Gene Name, Fold Change comparing patients with sepsis versus healthy controls, level of statistical significance (padj, qval), genomic coordinates (chromosome_name, start_position, end_position), official gene symbol (external_gene_name), and normalized gene counts for each biological sample.
