资源简介:
Two new species of deep-sea squat lobsters belonging to the munidid genera Babamunida Cabezas, Macpherson and Machordom, and Trapezionida Macpherson and Baba in Machordom are described from seamounts in the southeastern Arabian Sea, India, with their COI and 16S rRNA gene sequence data. The genus Babamunida is recorded for the first time from the northern Indian Ocean. Babamunida lakshadweepa sp. n. differs from its congeners by the epistome ridge laterally leading to the ventral margin of the orbit which is not distinctly anterior to base of the antennal peduncle but at the level of the antennal gland aperture; and also differs from its closest congeners, B. callista (Macpherson) and B. plexaura (Macpherson and de Saint Laurent), by the shape of the fourth thoracic sternite, and the absence of spines on the mesogastric region of carapace, second pleonal tergite and extensor margins of pereopodal propodi. The structure of the epistome ridge emends the diagnosis of the genus Babamunida. Trapezionida aminidivi sp. n. differs from T. consobrina (Komai), T. gordoae (Macpherson), T. pasithea (Macpherson and de Saint Laurent) and T. tetracantha (Macpherson, Rodríguez-Flores and Machordom) by the slightly oblique carapace frontal margin, proportionally shorter first antennular peduncle article, proportionally slenderer P1 carpus, and the P1 dactylus with only one proximal spine and one subterminal spine on the mesial margin.
