资源简介:
This dataset contains data derived from musculoskeletal modeling to investigate the effects of posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) tensioning in total knee arthroplasty (TKA). The findings indicate minimal differences in knee kinematics and kinetics for PCL releases of up to 10%, regardless of implant conformity. However, over-tensioning the PCL significantly increases joint overload, potentially compromising implant longevity. These results suggest that, in cases where precise intraoperative PCL tensioning cannot be reliably achieved, a slightly looser PCL may be preferable to mitigate complications associated with excessive tension.
The structure of the data is detailed in the accompanying Data Description.txt file, which is provided alongside the dataset (JRSI_Data.mat).
