LC-IMS-CID-MS Library for Antidepressant and Antidepressant Metabolites (updated August 2025)

Baker Lab LC-IMS-MS Skyline Library for antidepressants (AD) and major AD metabolites. Includes reversed-phase liquid chromatography retention times, collision cross section (CCS) values, fragmentation patterns, and m/z ratios for 34 ADs and 27 internal standards (for ESI+). Chiral LC data is included for citalopram and milnacipran. To use, please select the sheet titled "MS-MS (+ mode)", then copy and paste columns A-K, including column headers listed in row 2.
