GRASS sample dataset for SIMWE model, NC State University Sediment and Erosion Control Research and Education Facility, North Carolina, USA (secref_northcarolina_usa_epsg6542)

A GRASS project covering a 52 ha area in south Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina, USA, in EPSG:6542 (NAD83(2011) / North Carolina, meters) at 1 m resolution. It's the location of NC State University Sediment and Erosion Control Research and Education Facility. It assembles 1-m elevation from NCEM lidar, 0.6-m USDA NAIP imagery downloaded from Microsoft Planetary Computer, streams from Wake County GIS hydrography, USDA NRCS SSURGO soils, OpenStreetMap roads and 1-m land cover derived by combining lidar, NAIP imagery, and OSM roads. All maps carry GRASS metadata (titles, sources, and semantic labels or timestamps where applicable). This is a sample dataset for high-resolution overland flow modeling with GRASS SIMWE model (r.sim.water).
