Gene expression profile of embryonic and endometrial cells at postimplantation stage ex vivo to assess the effect of a selective COX-2 inhibitor celecoxib.

We have newly established a novel ex vivo implantation system. To verify the ex vivo embryonic and endometrial gene expression profile, we performed RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq). Embryos and endometria were co-cultured with or without celecoxib for 24h and the gene expression change was investigated. For embryos, solely cultured group was also included to examine the effect of implantation. For endometria, implantation sites (ISs) and inter-implantation sites (I-ISs) were included to assess the effect of embryonic attachment reaction.
