Divergent effector characteristics of MAIT cells resident in human lymph nodes and lung parenchyma

T cells and MAIT cells were isolated from donor-matched tissues obtained from human organ donors. Cells isolated from each tissue of a donor were labeled with a tissue-specific hashtag, and pooled by flow sorting of T cell populations. Donor-specific T cells were then sequenced using 10X Genomics 5' Next-GEM technology with feature barcode and VDJ sequencing for tissue demultiplexing and TCR information.Dataset contains scRNA-seq count matrices, HTO (hashtag) count matrices, metadata and analysis scripts.
