Brazil: ordering products or services via messenger apps 2023

During a 2023 survey fielded in Brazil, 61 percent of Brazilian customers who used messenger apps to order products or services claimed to have used WhatsApp for this purpose. About 49 percent of respondents stated they used Instagram for this activity, while 29 percent of these clients mentioned Facebook Messenger for this use.
