Analysed SPSS dataset exploring instituional and individual preparedness for teachers to implement a new educational policy. The variables include the Level of Teacher Training which in this study, constitutes training on lesson planning, training on learner assessment, and training to classroom management. another variable is Teachers’ Perceptions where the teachers’ view on the workload associated with CBA and their perception  on the overall feasibility and practicality of CBA is explored. Institutional Preparedness is a variable on Teaching and learning resources recommended by the approach, whether there are supportive staff members,  and whether there is an enabling environment for performance-based learning. Implementation of CBA explores the number of  CBA-integrated lessons, Lesson plans with CBA aspects, and Improvement on student teacher-ratio.
