RNA-seq results of the kidney of male kidney-specific G9a knockout mice after acute kidney injured

To understand key pathways and regulatory genes in male Kidney-specific G9a knockout mice after renal ischemia reperfusion Overall design: Male kidney-specific G9a knockout mice and their age matched WT mice were treated with renal ischemia reperfusion. For each experimental group, two biological replicates of RNA samples were sent for RNA-seq. Each sample consists of a pool of RNAs extracted from kidney of 3 different mice.
