Dataset for examining the efficacy of denosumab in hemodialysis patients

We present a dataset to examine the use of denosumab and its effect on the incidence of fractures and mortality in patients undergoing hemodialysis at a Japanese dialysis center. Our analysis shows that denosumab has the potential to reduce all-cause mortality in patients undergoing hemodialysis, especially those with cardiovascular complications. This finding represents a promising direction for the treatment of osteoporosis in patients undergoing hemodialysis.
