AKUH Adverse Drug Reaction Signal Detection Dataset (2018-2022)

This dataset is a drug-level analysis of adverse drug reaction (ADR) signals from Aga Khan University Hospital spanning five years from 2018 to 2022, along with a posthoc heuristic classification. It has been classified as ERC-exempt by the Aga Khan University (AKU) Ethics Review Committee, and is made available in accordance with AKU’s Policy on Code of Good Research Practice and Access to Data. AKU retains ownership of the underlying data; this derived dataset is shared for research transparency and reproducibility.
