Hourly output from a three-dimensional hydrodynamic simulation of Galveston Bay, Texas, for the period March-August 2009 using the unstructured SUNTANS model

This dataset contains the model output that supports the paper: Rayson, M. D., Gross, E. S., & Fringer, O. B. (2015). Modeling the tidal and sub-tidal hydrodynamics in a shallow, micro-tidal estuary. Ocean Modelling, 89, 29–44. Serial: 3757 DOI: 10.1016/j.ocemod.2015.02.002. The dataset consists of 366 NetCDF files containing model output from the Stanford Unstructured Nonhydrostatic Terrain-following Adaptive Navier-Stokes Simulator (SUNTANS). The output files contain hourly fields from March-August 2009. A supplemental file contains an analysis of 32 tidal and sub-tidal components for the model run.
