Spatiotemporal correlation functions, dynamical structure factor and the power spectrum of density of states

This dataset contains simulation results for the transport behaviors of momentum and angular momentum. The data is collected from large-scale semi-empirical quantum mechanical molecular dynamics simulations and stored in ASCII files (.dat). Each dataset includes raw data tables and figures that visualize key results, such as spatiotemporal correlation functions, dynamical structure factor (DSF) and the power spectrum of density of states (DOS), sound velocity and angular momentum wave velocity.
