Antibody level of SARS-CoV-2 inactivated vaccine in different age group before and after vaccination Characterization of BCR-H CDR3 Repertoire

The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus type 2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2, SARS-CoV-2) inactivated vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 and the B-cell receptor heavy chain (B Cell Recepter Heavy chain, BCR-H) complementarity-determining region 3 (Complementarity Determining Region 3, CDR3) receptor repertoire characterization, providing new insight into the B cell response characteristics of different age groups after SARS-CoV-2 inactivated vaccine immunization and sharing a comparable CDR3 receptor repertoire.
