Manuscript Supporting Data: Micro-CT images of overprinted inserts, benchmark STL files, Orientation optimization code
收藏资源简介:
The following files are presented:1- Micro-CT imagery of the four benchmarks (a, b, c and d) in the original (unoptimized) and optimized orientation.2- STL files of bencharmks3- Orientation optimization python code4- Sample overprinting video 1- Micro-CT imagery instructions:The files have been added to a compressed archive to reduce size, so extraction is required. In each folder the micro-CT images of two samples are present (imagery was carried out two samples at a time). For each folder, (front) refers to the higher number slices and (back) refers to the lower number slices. So, the folder named "b optimized (front) - a unoptimized (back)" has within it benchmark b in the optimized orientation in the higher slice numbers and benchmark a in the unoptimized orientation in the lower slice numbers.Note that the inserts have a rod connected to them which was used for installation in the vial. Note that during imagery the samples were not necessarily aligned with the model z-axes, so oblique slicing may be required to obtain images in vertical slices similar to those in the manuscript. 2- Benchmark STL instructions:Note that the Print Model overlaps with the part of the Insert in each benchmark; removal of overlaps after voxelization is required.e.g. if using vamtoolbox, use following after defining target_geo:target_geo.array[target_geo.insert] = 0;target_geo.gel_inds[target_geo.insert] = False; 3- Orientation optimization code instructions:This code was used with VAMtoolbox v0.1.4b @ https://github.com/computed-axial-lithographyPart of the toolbox library may require editing which has been explained in the file "Orientation Optimization.py"
