Source data and code for gene-centric reactive transport modeling of microbial trichloroethene degradation in groundwater

This dataset contains the source data, plotting scripts, and rendered figures associated with the manuscript “Gene-centric Reactive Transport Modeling of Microbial Degradation of Trichloroethene in Groundwater”. The files support Figures 1-5, including the experimental design schematic, batch biodegradation model fits, column-scale reactive transport simulations, spatiotemporal gene-rate relationships, and variance-based Sobol sensitivity analysis of cumulative pathway-specific dechlorination. The package includes Python scripts, NPZ/CSV source data, rendered figure files, and a helper script for reproducing the figures from the archived data.
