BAT and SAT Treg cells and of BAT tissue with or without Treg cells under different experimental conditions [RNA-seq]

We profiled the transcriptome of sorted BAT and SAT Tregs and the transcriptional effects of BAT activating factors on whole-BAT transcriptomes when Tregs are present or absent. Overall design: RNA-seq of BAT and SAT Treg cells and of BAT tissue with or without Treg cells under different experimental conditions.
