This dataset consists of 30,000 cases from the Supreme Court of India, all presented in English. Each decision to grant or reject a petition is accompanied by a simplified binary label. Furthermore, this dataset is utilized to assess the feasibility of cross-jurisdictional transfer between Indian and Swiss legal cases. With a total of 30,000 cases, the task of this dataset is legal judgment prediction.
