Whole genome sequencing of natural populations of the grass Brachypodium distachyon, collected in Italy and France

Whole genome sequencing data for 86 Italian and French natural accessions of the grass Brachypodium distachyon, the reference accession Bd21, and the B. stacei accession Cef2. Samples were collected at local and regional scales (at least 50m between samples) in order to elucidate the scale of population structure in the species.
