ASV sequences of KH22-5 and KH20-9 cruises

Supplementary data of Inoue et al. in prep. Library preparation involved a two-step tailed PCR targeting the 12S rRNA region with MiFish primer (Miya et al., 2015). For preprocessing data from fastq to fasta sequences, an analysis pipeline, Qiime2 version 2024.10.1 (Bolyen et al., 2019), was used with the amplicon sequence variant (ASV) method implemented in the DADA2 package (Callahan et al., 2016).
