资源简介:
The skin is the largest organ in the human body and due to the inevitable exposure to the external environment, over time and the accumulation of various stimuli, the skin will undergo photoaging. Our study has shown that metabolite alpha-ketobutyrate (a-KB) in the transsulfuration pathway has an ameliorating effect on photoaging in mouse skin tissue. We used RNA-Seq analysis to investigate the transcriptional profiles of skin tissue from photoaged and a-KB-treated mice to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which a-KB improves skin organisation in mice. Overall design: RNA-seq profiling of skin tissue from Balb/c mice treated with different methods (control group, photoaging group, photoaging group with 7.5% a-kB treatment and photoaging group with 12.5% a-kB treatment) at 10 weeks.
