This article establishes an ecosystem for the wild-simulated cultivation of Panax notoginseng flower under the forests of Pinus armandii and Pinus yunnanensis. Headspace solid-phase microextraction, targeted metabolomics technology, and transcriptome analysis were used to compare and detect the volatile (aromatic) and non-volatile substances of Panax notoginseng flowers during the different planting and flowering stages.
