Main digital commerce channels in which B2B companies invested in Brazil 2022

In Brazil, over half (55 percent) of business-to-business (B2B) organizations invest in social media, the highest proportion for any digital commerce channel. The only other commerce channel invested in by a majority of Brazilian B2B businesses is a company website (54 percent).
