Analysis of the full-length transcriptome and study on the mechanism of larval pupation inhibition by methoprene of Cryptolestes ferrugineus

In this paper, we will use the full-length transcriptome sequencing technology to establish a database of C. ferrugineu,and study the effect of omethoate on the growth and development of C. ferrugineu and use bioinformatics to screen out key genes and analyze the process of key genes regulating the metamorphosis and development of C. ferrugineu.
