Characterization of the intergenerational impact of in utero and postnatal oxycodone exposure

Based on the significant physical attributes observed at P14 in the F1 and F2 generations exposed to oxycodone in utero (IUO) and postnatally (PNO), we performed RNA-Seq analysis on the nucleus accumbens (NAc).
