Diagonal compressive tests with different mortar bedding

This database presents experimental results from three-course wallettes constructed with hollow concrete blocks. Thirty-three wallettes were tested under diagonal compression with different mortar placements: full and face-shell bedding. The results were processed and presented in two Excel sheets. One sheet contains the characterization results of the component materials: blocks and mortar, while the other includes the results of the tested wallettes. The Excel sheets present shear stress vs angular deformation graphs and the filtered and summarized results. Additionally, photos from the tests are provided to illustrate the failure modes of the specimens.
