We employed contemporary targeted autoimmune RNA sequencing (HTG molecular diagnostics, Autoimmune panel) to ileal tissue derived from 96 paediatric IBD, Crohn's disease, Ulcerative colitis patients and controls. Weighted-gene-co-expression-network-analysis (WGCNA) was performed and differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were determined. We integrated clinical data to determine co-expression modules associated with time to relapse.
