Identification of transcription in renal cortex from contrast-induced acute kidney injury mice.

Twenty-four hours after establishment of the mouse CI-AKI model, kidneys were collected after isoflurane (2%) inhalation and cervical dislocation. Renal cortex was dissected quickly and preserved in liquid nitrogen. The process of sampling was very quick and all samples were kept at low temperature. After RNA isolation and purification, RNA quality was examined.
