QUANTITY OR THE QUALITY OF THE EMPLOYEES?" The source of the data is the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency of Turkey(BRSA). In order to answer the research question, the amount of loans and deposits with the number of employees are the variables gathered from the BRSA's data set for the period December 2002 to May 2021 and prepared as econometric time series. Deposits and loans are the sums of the foreign and domestic currency. They are reported in Turkish liras(domestic currency). Domestic bank personnel added to abroad bank personnel to end up with the number of employees.
