Digital Archive from an Archaeological Watching Brief at Stanton Link Water Main, East of Ixworth, Suffolk, February-May 2021

This collection comprises images, databases, and GIS data from an archaeological watching brief at the Stanton Link Water Main (WAT 07260) on the land to the east of Ixworth, Suffolk. This work was undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology between February and May 2021. During these works, two post medieval brick kilns were identified. The kilns could be identified as Suffolk types, making bricks, roof tiles, and clay drain pipes probably for local farms and dating to the 19th century.
