Mouse micro-computed tomography scans of Nodal conditional mouse mutants (Hoxb1 Cre/+ ; Nodal flox/nul) and littermate controls for phenotyping congenital defects in heart and visceral organs

The aim of the study is to diagnose the situs and anatomy of visceral organs to identify heterotaxy and associated congenital heart defects.
Objective : We have imaged by micro-computed tomography mouse fetuses carrying a conditional deletion of Nodal (Hoxb1 Cre/+ ; Nodal flox/nul) and littermate controls for phenotyping congenital defects in heart and visceral organs.
Dataset description : the dataset comprises a .zip file containing the raw micro-CT files (.dcm) of each sample within individual folders. The associated metadata is available as a .csv file.
