基于手机信令分析的区域居住人口，与统计部门的常住人口相比具有实时性强、覆盖范围广、可追溯性强特点，可实时监测城乡人口在不同区域不同时段的分布及流动情况。常住人口的常住地为其流入地，春节期间所在地为其流出地，流入地与流出地不同的人口为流动人口。
