The supporting codes and data for modeling DIC concentrations and storage in global lakes

This repository contains the supporting codes and data for the research paper entitled Decreasing storage of dissolved inorganic carbon in global lakes. The codes are used for modeling dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) concentrations and storage in global lakes, including data processing, model calculation, visualization, and statistical analysis scripts. These materials are fully open and can be used to replicate the study’s findings, verify the modeling results, and support further research on lake DIC biogeochemistry at the global scale.
