Dataset for Yang et al.: Global biosphere productivity response to Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation collapse during Heinrich Stadial 4 (in review)

This dataset provides the supporting materials for Yang et al. (in review). It includes: NEEM ice-core D17O-O2 records (NEEM_D17O_O2_data_Yang2026.xlsx) MATLAB scripts and associates input data to reproduce Figures 1 and 2 (Figures_1_and_2.zip) Python scripts and associates IPSL-CM5A2 model output and ancillary files used to generate Figures 3 to 7 (Data_for_Figures_3_to_7.zip) A python script to reproduce Figure 8 (Figure8-Rev1-zenodo.py) The files also contain several datasets that were previously published elsewhere. When reusing those datasets, we strongly recommend citing the original publication.
