We report the genome sequence of the previously undescribed temperate phage BaqKoxi, which infects clinical strains of Klebsiella oxytoca. It was isolated from the waters of the Magdalena River in Barranquilla, Colombia. BaqKoxi contains a circular 72,063 bp dsDNA genome with 98 CDS, including two depolymerases with complementary activities, a pectate lyase, and a capsular depolymerase.
