The dataset contains primary experimental data underlying the study on productivity and economic efficiency of winter wheat cultivation in short-rotation crop rotations under different fertilization systems. It includes multi-year field measurements (2016–2025) of yield and related productivity indicators (grain, feed, and digestible protein units) across crop rotation treatments and fertilizer variants.
