Supplemental data for "Application of Real-World Effectiveness Outcomes of Upadacitinib to Canadian Treat-to-Target Criteria in Atopic Dermatitis: A Retrospective Multicenter Analysis of 1-Year Data" (Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology). This dataset contains two supplemental tables. Supplemental Table I reports baseline demographic and clinical characteristics of 190 patients with atopic dermatitis treated with upadacitinib, including prior and concomitant therapies and baseline disease severity measures. Supplemental Table II reports effectiveness and safety outcomes at week 52±6, including individual physician-rated and patient-reported outcome components, achievement of Canadian treat-to-target criteria, treatment discontinuations, and adverse events.
