MCD files

This folder contains two files:Individual raw data MCD files generated after imaging mass cytometry acquisition on synovial tissue. These can be uploaded into the MCD viewer software (publicly available) to visualise raw signal from each antibody used in this study.Info_donor_ROI: information from each donor on individual regions of interst (ROI) ,containing what diagnosis the individual had and what treatment it received. The donor identification is made with a number, traceable to the initial AuToDeCRA study (doi: 10.1136/annrheumdis-2015-208456), but not to donor's identity.Please see the collection for related records https://doi.org/10.25405/data.ncl.c.7890872
