The aim of this study is to reveal the genomic characteristics of Coprinus comatus endophyte Bacillus thuringiensis., in order to enhance our understanding of its cadmium activation and tolerance mechanisms. We deem this study crucial for attaining a deeper insight into Bacillus thuringiensis. and its impact. Next-generation sequencing (NGS), performed on the Illumina TruSeq sequencing platform, and the single molecule sequencing technology, performed on the PacBio Sequel sequencing platform, were used to carry out the whole genome sequencing. Subsequently, the genome sequence assembly details and functional annotations of Bacillus thuringiensis. were comprehensively analyzed. This study is anticipated to yield novel perspectives on the remediation of soil cadmium pollution while serving as a cornerstone for forthcoming investigations and practical applications.
