R-Code and data for "Directional turnover toward larger-ranged plants over time and across habitats"

This project includes (1) an html file ("cross-habitat-comparison.html") containing the R code for statistical analyses and data visualization (double-click the downloaded file for viewing), and (2) the data ("cross-habitat-data.csv") to reproduce the analyses. Metadata explaining the data structure can be found in the first section of the html file.
