This dataset is developed based on consumption capability tiered data, aiming to formulate personalized marketing strategies for users across different consumption tiers. For high-consumption-capability users, high-end coffee beverages and customized services can be launched; for medium and low-consumption-capability users, more attention should be paid to cost-effectiveness and the appeal of promotional activities. It has a wide range of application scenarios: by making full use of these data resources, enterprises can better understand user needs, optimize products and services, and improve market competitiveness.
1. Data Collection: User consumption data is collected from the operation management system of the self-owned coffee shop. Statistical analysis is conducted on the consumption capability tiered data of Affogato users. By establishing user portraits of historical order-placing users and creating user tags to locate their consumption levels, the dataset can provide data support for the advertising and marketing strategies of coffee shops, such as launching coffee beverages and customized services suitable for different consumption tiers.
2. Data Calculation: Affogato consumption share (%) = (Number of Affogato consumptions (cups) / Total number of consumptions (cups)) * 100%.
3. User Consumption Capability Classification: The ABCD classification method is adopted. Users with a consumption share ≥25% are classified as "Category A"; those with a consumption share ≥13% and <25% as "Category B"; those with a consumption share ≥5% and <13% as "Category C"; and those with a consumption share <5% as "Category D".
