This dataset simulates peer review and selection processes using a rating matrix generated via the Mallows model. This rating matrix captures ordinal evaluations generated under the assumption of a true underlying ranking and a noise model, enabling the exploration of diverse peer selection mechanisms. This dataset consists of 131 proposals, each with 7 reviews, and is partitioned into 4 clusters. The core task of this dataset is to simulate peer selection and review processes.
