The Antidote XXI addresses a fundamental question: how is what we call reality formed in the age of Artificial Intelligence? The text introduces Narrativism, an epistemological model that shows how every individual lives within a relata: a narrated reality, not reality in itself. In the age of AI, the production of narratives becomes automated, accelerated, and increasingly invisible, making it difficult to distinguish between information, interpretation, and meaning construction. The Antidote is not a rejection of technology, nor a call to fear. It is a cognitive hygiene protocol designed to: recognize the narratives influencing thought, evaluate them for coherence and responsibility, suspend dogmatic judgment, and reclaim the role of conscious authors rather than unconscious characters. This work does not propose new truths. It teaches how to observe how truths are constructed. Il testo introduce il Narrativismo, un modello epistemologico che mostra come ogni individuo viva all’interno di una relata: una realtà narrata, non la realtà in sé.
