Safety of services.<br>Topics: paid-for services with highest frequency of accidents: accommodation, organized outdoor leisure activities, swimming pools, amusement parks and fairgrounds, beauty and wellness centres; use of the aforementioned services in the last two years in the own country; occurrence of one of the following incidents when using the aforementioned services: accident resulting in physical harm, feeling of unsafety and stop of use, no incident; safety assessment of the last paid-for accommodation in the own country: building (including rooms and equipment), equipment and signs in case of fire, hygienic conditions, heating system, pool and surroundings, recreational facilities; assessment of the last service used in the own country: premises and equipment in good condition, qualified staff with regard to safety precautions, safety information displayed; reasons for accident in accommodation: general safety problems, fire, hygienic problems, carbon monoxide leak, insufficient pool safety, insufficient safety of recreational facilities; consequences of the accident; causes of the accident: bad state of premises or equipment, insufficient competence of staff, insufficient instructions on use, insufficient warnings about risks, insufficient supervision, lack of emergency procedures, own fault; injured person younger than 15 years; official complaint about the accident; reasons for not complaining.

Demography: age; sex; nationality; age at end of education; occupation; professional position; region; type of community; own a mobile phone and fixed (landline) phone; household composition and household size.
