SASG-ST: code and experiment-ready spatial transcriptomics datasets

This record provides the reproducibility package for SASG-ST, including the model code archive and experiment-ready spatial transcriptomics datasets used in the accompanying paper. Code: SASG-ST-code-1dc097b.zip, generated from repository commit 1dc097b. Datasets: 22 experiment-ready .h5ad files are included in this record, covering DLPFC, 10x Genomics mouse brain Visium sections, human breast cancer Visium data, coronal mouse brain data, and MOSTA mouse embryo slices. For paper reproduction, download the required .h5ad files from this Zenodo record and place them under the corresponding dataset/ subdirectories before running the commands in the code archive. Original data-source links and preprocessing notes are provided in README.md and dataset/README.md.
